Once an order and payment has been confirmed we usually dispatch your order within 2 to 5 working days. 

Delivery times vary depending on the country and Customs process and are therefore only indicative. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers. Please contact our Customer Service at service@zoom-indesign.com if you have an inquiry on the status of your order.  

The shipping area and shipping charges will appear at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. ZOOM will not be responsible for any import duties on international orders.

The customer is responsible for any return shipments due to cancellation of orders,faulty products or any other reason to return goods to us.

We also make reservations to adjust prices as presented on the website caused by wrong pricing, technical errors etc.
